ALX ROBOT MONITORING SOFTWARE

With the addition of the ALX Robot monitoring software the Arc Logger Ten becomes a useful tool for Robot Technicians to record and compare the welding characteristics of a Robot Cell or automatic welding station for quality control or system diagnostics.

 

 







From the main menu new or existing projects can be loaded for viewing, or adding extra weld data.


Graph axis can be set to test the limits of the imported measurement
Allowing later analysis of the whole data cycle for drifting.

 

The ALX unit can collect weld parameter data which can then be compared against a master template
to diagnose any parameter changes or drift



The software interacts with the ALX unit and records graphs
for each of the main welding parameters
