ARC LOGGER ROBOTIC MONITORING

The TVC Arc Logger Ten Robotic (ALXR) is a purpose built arc monitor and data logging system, designed for fixed installation in the semi automatic or robotic welding environment. The system is capable of monitoring multiple units through an RS485 data link to a central PC. Units can be up to 1.2 kilometres away from the control PC and are "daisy chained" via a single cable. The system is capable of monitoring all types of arc welding processes, and producing custom reports for use by the production and QA departments.

FEATURES INCLUDE:
Alarm at the work station and control point.
Continuous monitoring 24 hrs. a day.
Installation of multiple units.
Monitoring of the entire plant via a single PC.
Custom spreadsheet design to suit all requirements.
Certified and traceable calibration.
