The Validation Centre (TVC) Limited  

 The TVC Arc Logger Ten II (A.L.X II) and Arc Logger Ten (ALX) are fully digital, programmable, battery powered Arc Welding Data-Loggers and Monitors, capable of measuring all of the main parameters in the Arc Welding Process.

Each logger has an in-built printer to give an instant hard copy of the weld results. The results are also held within the unit's internal memory which can then be loaded to a PC via the units RS232 Serial Port.

ALX II and ALX units are supplied as standard with probes to measure Arc Voltage and Welding Current. Additional options are available to measure Wire Feed Speed, Weld Head Travel Speed, Pre-Heat and Interpass Temperatures and Shielding Gas flow.

The ALX II and ALX units will prove themselves as  invaluable tools wherever Arc welding takes place. They can be used to develop and improve welding procedures, cost analysis of weld consumables, for the training and qualification of welders and for continuous on-line monitoring of production weld programmes.
