	Arc Logger Robotic Monitoring The Arc Logger Ten Robotic (ALXR) is a purpose built arc monitor and data logging system, designed for fixed installation in the semi-automatic or robotic welding environment.
Gas Turbine Flow Meter (GTFM IV) The GTFM IV is a stand alone gas monitoring system which can also give a readout to the TVC range of arc welding data loggers. As a stand alone unit, the GTFM IV is capable of measuring gas flow of all popular shielding gases and gas mixes to a high accuracy.
Tint Tester Tint Tester (manufactured by FORCE TECHNOLOGY) is a tool for fast, easy and precise checking of the purge gas' purity before welding is perfomred in stainless pipes and containers.
	MonArc - Welding Data Recorder [MonArc] Originally manufactured by Data Harvest Group Limited with the design rights purchased by TVC in November 2003. TVC no longer manufacture the Monarc, but we do offer a complete repair and recalibration service for this piece of equipment.
PAMS V (Portable Arc Monitoring System) [PAMS V] Originally manufactured by OIS with the design rights purchased by TVC in 1997. Any user should contact TVC for servicing, calibration and spares. The PAMS V is a four channel monitor and data-logger capable of quickly, and accurately, acquiring data relating to the main parameters in the arc welding processes.
	DINSEARCH 2-00 Dinsearch 2-00The DINSEARCH 2-00 is a multiple sensor, magnetic flux leakage system, specially developed for the inspection of carbon steel pipes and tubes 50mm to 100mm diameter.
DINSEARCH 1-03 Probe Cooling Unit for use with DINSEARCH 1-00 & 2-00 Tube Inspection Equipment Provides a supply of cool, dry air at the correct pressure and flow, for use with all DINSEARCH air cooled probes.
	DINSEARCH 5-00 Computer ConsolFor use in the pipe mill to measure the thickness of the Inconel lining in the pipe after extrusion. The head carries several sensors in order to detect radial variations in clad thickness, such as eccentricity. Normally 4 sensors are sufficient but up to 8 can be accommodated.
DINSEARCH 6-00 An eddy current device for measuring the thickness of a high resistivity, non magnetic layer that overlays a strongly magnetic material such as carbon steel.
